Plan your Visit

Upon arrival, you will need to find an open sleigh space in the Winter Wheels Wonderland. Once you have parked your Sleigh, make your merry way to the North Pole Check-In at the ‘Mistletoe Manor,’ and receive a lovely warm ‘greeting’ from Santa’s ‘Merry Elves’ who will advise you of everything you need to know for your experience.

You are then free to roam around the shed where you can look at the variety of activities there for you to enjoy.

In ‘Mistletoe Market’, where you can purchase tokens, gifts, popcorn, or sweets. *Tokens can be purchased for £1.50 and will be required for the Snowmen, Marshmallows, Bouncy Tractor, ‘pick’ n ‘mix’ and Popcorn.

At ‘Santa’s Workshop,’ come and do some crafts, jump on the bouncy tractor, and even find out what your elf name is and what your job would be, as well as the special talent that Santa has given you, not to mention that Reeney’s facepainting will also be here again this year so come and enjoy.

Deep in ‘Frosty’s Hollow’ you can join the ‘Silent Knights’ in their fight against ‘Frosty’s Fighters’ who stand guard at the entry, trying to spread coldness and misery. But don’t worry, you can always warm up by toasting Marshmallows close by.

Or come and visit one of the two ‘ELFie’ Stations, where you and our family can take photos to remember your time at the experience (Feel free to ask one of our elves to take a photo if you’d like your whole family in the picture)

New this year is ‘Rudolph’s Rest Stop,’ where a variety of new and exciting local food vendors, including Base Pizza, will cater to your hunger and thirst.

Once you have a looked around and have a good idea of what is there for you to enjoy, make your way to  ‘Jingle Junction’ where one of Santa’s ‘Tinsel Trackers’ will be checking twice to make sure you've been nice and not naughty before you are then ushered on to the ‘Elf Express’ by your very own Elf and taken down to see Santa via one of the ‘Reindeer Route Runs’

Be taken to see Santa on a tractor pulled trailer through the dense woodland. You may be able to spot a bunny, deer, sparrow or if you’re very lucky, an elf on a swing.

Upon seeing Santa, you will head on back to the ‘Mistletoe Manor’ where you can continue to enjoy the activities before heading HO HO HOme.

OR If you are not from the local area, why not make a day of it and select your very own locally grown Christmas Tree from Duff Christmas Tree Farm located less than 5 mins away where 2 trees are planted for every 1 that is felled ensuring that Scotland’s natural beauty is sustained. Alternatively you could visit the Beech Tree Inn where you can see many animals and even feed goats, ducks and rabbits or visit their wildlife garden and bird hide.

Whether you are a regular visitor or new this year, we look forward to hosting you and making sure your Christmas is as magical and special as each one of the amazing children who come to see us.

Full Trailers

Whilst you can enjoy the experience the event under general entry, you may prefer or wish to hire a full trailer and experience the exact same event with a group of your friends or family.

Full trailers can accommodate 20 people (max 10 children).

As previously stated, the experience is timed precisely to ensure a smooth run and magical experience for each of your children. Because of this, any variation (additional) to this number of children drastically affects the experience for everyone. Not only does it drastically reduce the amount of time your child receives from Santa but also puts a lot of pressure on Santa to stick to his allotted time for your trailer so as not to effect those who are waiting to experience Santa behind yours.

There is also a weight limit and seating limit on the trailer.

Tickets go on sale 7pm Friday 16th August
